This is just an example as as the format changes to add variety and progression.
The 20 min workout
The whole thing should be done without stopping. The idea is that you are working your body both cardiovascular and strengthening. It consists of 5 chin ups, 10 press-ups and 20 squats.
Use assitance on the chin-ups with bands or by using a step and use a small jump if needs be.Alternatively the Lat.pull down machine could be used in place of chin-ups if your not yet ready for them.Build up gradually to prevent injury with 4 to 5 sets of the three exercises performed twicw a week and add 1-2 sets each week.Enjoy.
