Circuit training is a high energy cardio and resistance based exercise class. Combining cardio (running, skipping etc.) with resistance moves (squats, lunges, press-ups etc.) and mid-core exercises (plank variations, stomach and lower back based moves) in an alternating fashion. It’s excellent for burning calories and creating a tight, lean body.
Like any class or exercise or weight loss programme you need to follow a proper nutritional plan to see change or improvement.
